The Laboratory Plastanalisi reached the great achievement of quality certification ISO 9001.
We have decided to be certified according to the Quality System with the UNI EN ISO 9001 compliant and this is a strategic decision which was taken by the Board.
In particular Plastanalisi has set the following goals:
• To be a benchmark for quality services that are offered and professionality, competence and helpful staff;
• To ensure commitment in order to meet customers requirements, in particular quality, safety and environmental protection;
• To keep track of customer satisfaction in order to identify the most appropriate actions for continuous improvement;
• To understand customer needs in order to reach the solution together;
• To establish a relationship with customers that is based on trust, reliability and promptness of response;
• To keep track of services that are received and provided with appropriate monitoring and indicators;
• To be up with all of the agreements and delivery times of service.
This certificate ISO 9001 is not a culmination of our projects, but it represents a step towards continuous evolution in order to improve internal organizational management and provide services and continuous performance improvement with the purpose of satisying customers requirements in compliance with all the certificates and regulations.
Quality certification ISO 9001:2008 is more than a result for us, quality is for us a business value.
